Leopard face did not look like a leopard -very undefined. While the company was responsive and polite, it was upsetting to have to pay for a “restocking fee” and return shipping when the product was poorly advertised. Unfortunately the $18 shipping and restocking fee caused the company to lose a customer and other potential customers (family and friends.)
